Responsibilities
The Regional Service Manager will serve as a senior contact for platinum Citi Commercial Bank (CCB) clients responsible for the management, oversight and escalation of the delivery of the clients service requirements focusing on proactive service management to optimise the client experience.
In this role you will act as client advisor in the client’s interest while driving cross-regional and cross-functional process improvement opportunities. You will also build strong relationships with clients, proactively manage opportunities for improvements to achieve best in class service and satisfaction scores. If you have strong client management experience, proactive and solution driven attitude with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders and functions to drive region wide results, this will be an ideal role for you!
This role sits within Citi Commercial Bank Operations & Technology, which provides the day to day processing and servicing needs of the CCB Client base across multiple countries in the Europe, Middle East and Africa region.
Key responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of high profile and ‘Grow’ clients, who are expected to increase their relationship and revenue with Citi
Develop and maintain excellent client contacts and materials, supported by face-to-face customer visits and calls
Provide clients with regular and ad hoc MIS/Service Inquiry Analysis to enable them to understand their transactional and inquiry activity
Work with clients to improve their productivity and usage of self-service tools
Simplify the client experience by taking regional ownership of client servicing issues and identify opportunities that further differentiate Citi as an industry-leading service provider
Develop end-to-end capability, infrastructure and process improvement plan to support improved quality service
Managing our internal Client at Risk process and support escalation resolution
Partner with Sector, Vertical & other business partners to ensure alignment of service experience with business strategies
Support the continued roll out of standard internal systemic solutions and engage with partners at branches to ensure successful implementation
Participate fully in the creation of the models for client coverage with countries in your cluster
Manage large ad hoc projects in the region
Ideal background:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Previous work experience in a role interacting with clients, senior management and project management
Deep treasury and trade solutions product knowledge, including a detailed understanding of product functions, operational structure, and support processes
Well-developed working knowledge of the business and the upstream and downstream influences
Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal and relationship management skills
Project management skills
Advanced MS Office skills
Travel required: up to 25% of the time
