As an integral part of the Resource Management Organization framework, the Analytics team is responsible for reporting and analysis across the end-to-end third party supplier relationship from Sourcing and Contracting through Order and Payment as well as supplier spend and risk management on a global basis.In addition, the team manages internally the budget and workforce planning for the RMO and this role is aligned with the Global Budget and Workforce Planning group to focus on managing the EMEA Region budget performance and headcount forecast.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Global and Regional teams to support workforce planning/forecasting and reporting as well as provide detailed information on monthly workforce movements including hires and attrition
  • Facilitate all requisition to offer approvals aligned to Regional HR and RMO Management requirements and ensure that headcount forecasting is aligned to budget expectations and site headcount plans
  • Active partnership with local functional leadership to support tailored discussions helping them manage to required efficiency targets and programs
  • Liaise with local Finance teams to support monthly budget variance analysis, Country allocation calculation and ICSA documentation management
  • Partner with Global workforce planning analysts to disseminate workforce reporting dashboards and address local questions around all related areas including but not limited to attrition, open requisitions, spans and layers, internal promotions etc.
  • Complete all tasks in connection with the organization’s activity but not detailed in the current job description, charged by the direct manager, supervisor, or the functional head.

Skills:

  • Ability to understand complex data and condense into key themes, demonstrable example of accurate and detailed analysis/reporting within previous roles including preparation of recommendations for management
  • Good interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills and ability to develop strong partnership with stakeholder
  • Self-starter, able to manage several tasks simultaneously and deliver to deadlines with minimal supervision as well as being adaptable to short deadlines and moving deliverables
  • Advanced MS Excel and working knowledge of MS Access, SharePoint and Collaboration tools. Power BI, Power Query and Tableau knowledge a plus
  • Fluent English

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Min. 3 years employment in multinational / shared service environment OR 5 years regardless of the field
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Advanced command of MS Suite

Qualifications / Végzettség, képesítés:

  • Basic College (BA) or (BS) preferred
  • Professional Supply Chain qualification is desirable
