The Monitoring and Assessments Team within our Global Management Office is looking for a vigilant process-oriented seasoned professional, to join in Budapest and work in the field of process quality assurance.

As our new colleague, you will apply expertise to ensure that initiatives, programs and projects managed within Citi comply with corporate policies, standards and procedures. Furthermore, you will be required to understand new techniques and propose improvement of processes and work-flows for the area or function in question, based on his in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate with the various sub-functions, departments and the overall business.

This is a high visibility role, also participating in presentations to the Global Program/Project Steering Groups to inform about compliance to standards and departmental procedures, and the application of industry best practices and recommendations.

As a Program Management Senior Analyst you will

  • Work in a multi-cultural distributed team, have visibility on multi-organizational projects, ensuring that process and methodologies demonstrated are effective, and supportive of the employees.
  • Be part of a team which owns business process improvement, methodology and initiatives, focusing on consistently improving the quality, productivity and efficiency, while increasing customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze and interpret data from the metrics/reports, identify trends, provide insights and recommend key actions including up to model what if scenarios.
  • Develop and deliver internal metrics, identifying trends and insights for improvement of operational efficiency.
  • Provide objective insight for Senior Managers into the quality of a program’s or project’s processes and their associated artifacts.
  • Evaluate the performed processes and their related work products against the applicable process standards and procedures.


  • 5-8 years of experience in project/program management; analysis, design or re-engineering of business processes. Experience in continuous improvement, Lean or Six Sigma,.
  • Experience in working within global and distributed virtual teams.
  • Process oriented; able to analyze current processes, suggest and define improvements
  • Self-motivated and well organized, ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize accordingly Excellent presentation skills and Power Point use, together with Excel
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry is a benefit.
