As part of the team of diverse and supportive professionals, the main tasks are concerned with the oversight, and maintenance of Risk and Control initiatives for HRSS, which requires close coordination with Risk & Control teams in HRSS Service Centers.

In this position you will use and expand your experience and professional skills for the following responsibilities:

  • Control Environment: Provide guidance to HRSS teams to ensure there are appropriate policies and practices to identify risks and evaluate exposures of control deficiencies, analyze and determine root cause, and ensure management has effective and timely remediation plans.

  • Audit Management: Manages engagements with internal and external audit parties for HRSS supported processes

  • Process Reviews and Issues Management: Conducts reviews to understand the end-to-end process, evaluate key control improvement opportunities, analyze root cause, and ensure timely remediation plans. Manage Corrective Action Plan tracking and reporting.

  • Support other control programs:

    • Contribute to Manager Control Assessment (MCA), Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC), coordination of SOX deliverables, reporting of risk metrics and best practices.

    • Communicate initiatives, timelines, and status including heat maps, dashboards, Senior Management packages, etc.

    • Build and maintain knowledge in effective business process internal controls, including COSO risk and internal control framework,

    • Develop educational, training, and awareness materials.

  • Exploit a collaborative and motivating attitude to join forces with colleagues for excellent results

  • Use your experience and knowledge to drive and contribute to outstanding team performance.

The ideal candidate for this position preferably possesses the following qualifications and skills:

  • 6-8 years of experience in risk advisory, operational risk, compliance, internal control, and/or project management related functions within financial services or shared services industry

  • 4-6 years of experience in Human Resources and/or Human Resources Operations (onboarding, payroll, accounting etc.) is an advantage

  • Well versed in developing new ideas and improving current processes

  • Strong Communication and Presentation skills

  • Excellent analytical skills

  • Skilled at building partnerships across functions and regions

  • Thinks strategically and articulates concepts clearly

  • Exposure to regulatory and control models

  • Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting, or equivalent experience

  • Fluent English language skills.
