LIQUIDITY REPORTING MANAGER

Liquidity Risk Reporting team covers CRD IV liquidity related templates including LCR, NSFR, ALMM and Asset encumbrance returns.

In this position you will use and expand your experience and professional skills for the following responsibilities:

  • Understand and analyze liquidity reporting processes, including data and system flows, automated and manual controls.
  • Propose and execute process improvements, initiating system and data flow changes, implementing digital solutions.
  • Liaise with BAU reporting teams to understand challenges and tailor new solutions to optimize efficiency gains.
  • Participate in strategic projects and collaborate with BAU reporting team and Business Analysts to ensure timely completion.
  • Drive initiatives to improve and document internal controls. Help integration of control improvements into operational processes of the reporting team.
  • Standardize processes and workflows across Material Legal Entities.

The ideal candidate for this position preferably possesses the following qualifications and skills:

  • 6-10 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements, manage multiple work streams in parallel
  • Ability to work with counterparts in different areas of organization
  • Proven organization and time management skills
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • IT affinity is a plus
