The HRSS Core HR Subject Matter Expert supports the daily activities of the Core HR (Employee Lifecycle Team) within multi-country EMEA HR and HR Shared Services internal standard operating model. The Core HR (Employee Lifecycle) Team is part of Citi’s HR Shared Services function located in Budapest and is responsible for all HR administration related tasks on employee lifecycle processes (such as termination and time and absence related processes) for several countries.
Responsibilities:
- Provide HR deliverables support; Input, update and maintain all HR related data/requests in respective systems in a timely manner, focusing on the Time and Absence processes
- Gaining in-depth knowledge of all aspects of HR administration within HRSS Core HR team’s scope
- Provide continuous support to the team, support for EMEA employees, managers and Core HR Team Lead. Manage daily support for case distribution and priorization when needed
- Play an integral role to ensure successful delivery of EMEA country requests in scope, work supportively and collaboratively with other teams. Link Migration and various Operation teams together for a common purpose of successful implementation of projects
- Develop and maintain high quality process and project documentation as required, keep all set deadlines and meets all required service standards
- Track, monitor and accurately report on work stream risks and issues. Act as a go-to contact person to stakeholders and other teams within the HRSS organization
- Communicate project performance via status reports and updates, including key deliverables. Communicate in line with communications and program plans with team and wider stakeholders
- Play an integral role in process improvement, SOP and country nuance update and implement changes to improve efficiency for all Core HR processes
Ideal background:
- 1 year experience on relevant field or in same role
- Strong analytical and details skills
- Fluent English knowledge
- Bachelor’s/University degree
- Workday system knowledge
- Shared Services experience
- HR Projects experience, implementation of HR processes
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, change management experience
- Effective time management with strong follow-up, documentation and organizational skills
