HRSS Compensation and Benefit Administrator

The Compensation and Benefit Administrator is an important data handler who ensures that all benefit data for each and every country is in the system accurately and on time before the given payroll run. In case of any enquiry provides the answer with timely manner and high level of customer care. Participates in the annual Compensation cycle by ensuring data accuracy in the systems. Works transparently according the actual process and Citi guidelines. Has a good contact with the key stakeholders and willing to develop.
Responsibilities:
- Benefits administration for multiple countries including data entry, document distribution and reporting
- Invoice validations and payments registration to the system
- Contribute to the end-to-end annual compensation and deferred cash processes: data upload, payroll reporting, reconciliation and problem solving
- Complete mobility related financial reporting in a timely manner
- Provides a high level of customer service
- Work with users and stake-holders to identify system and process development opportunities
- Work with HR benefits team to implement changes in country benefits
- Ensure that process documentations are always up-to-date
Ideal background:
- Appropriate communication skills in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- 0-1 year of professional experience
- Strong Administration skills
- Able to think and work independently
- Proven organization and time management skills
- Analytical skills and attention to details
