HR Connect Operations Support Analyst

Team/Role Overview
The HR Connect Operations Support Analyst EUR & MEA will provide support through data analysis, quality assurance, project management, process reengineering and improvement in the context of a multi-country EUR & MEA HR & HR Connect internal standard operating model. The responsible person will also drive change through engagement in global/regional initiatives (platform conversions, implementations), identifying automation and efficiency opportunities in the process, and evolving the means by which HR Connect delivers support.
What you’ll do
Lead the operational readiness activities to prepare the HR Connect teams for potential inquiries as a result of the implementation HR global and regional initiatives.
Provide recommendations for and monitor to completion of HR and HR Connect process and policy improvements using operational metrics, survey results, and other key performance indicators
Create and facilitate employee development actions such as New Hire Training and ad hoc training sessions to increase performance
Complete quality reviews for inquiry cases. Identify trends and solutions to achieve quality goals. Coach agents to improve performance.
Provide insights and observations into scheduled and adhoc workforce reports. Create and deliver presentations to HR Connect Leadership
Provide expert problem management support to difficult or complex issues and ensures root-cause analysis is conducted with any learning applied for future benefit
Maintain regional HR Connect procedures. Ensure procedures are updated timely as needed.
What we’ll need from you
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of relevant experience
Fluent English language skills
Intermediate Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Workday and ServiceNow
Excellent communication skills
Proven organization and time management skills
Demonstrated problem-solving , analytical and decision-making skills
