HRSS Compensation and Benefits Operations Team is also responsible for administering the data and working with other stakeholders and vendors in the following subjects: Compensations, Equity, Benefits, Mobility, Rewards & Recognition and Pension.

As a Comp&Ben Specialist you will:

  • Process multiple country benefits administration including data entry, document distribution, reporting to benefit vendors, invoice validations and payments in addition to payroll reporting

  • Contribute to the end-to-end annual comp and deferred cash processes including data upload, payroll reporting, reconciliation and problem solving requiring high levels of accuracy and timeliness

  • Complete mobility related financial reporting in a timely manner

  • Work with HR benefits team to implement changes in country benefits and coordinate from an HRSS perspective

  • Work with users and stakeholders to identify system and process enhancements opportunities

  • Build a working partnership with key stakeholders and customers to facilitate change and enhance the services provided by HRSS

  • Ensure that employee enquiries are dealt with in accordance with the established SLA.

Ideal background:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience in Economics, HR

  • Excellent communication skills in English

  • 1+ years of experience HR Administration experience (preferably in Comp & Ben or Payroll fields)

  • Knowledge of other European languages is an advantage

  • Experience in Workday or other HR system is highly desired

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel

  • Ability to meet deadlines while dealing with multiple priorities.
