Citi’s Enterprise Operations & Technology (EO&T) group is looking for Analysts to join its 2023Full Time Graduate Program. It is a two-year rotational program with a variety of different tracks available within Citi’s technology areas in Budapest:

Chief Information Security Office(CISO) is responsible for analyzing cyber threat information designed to increase Citi's cyber threat awareness and protection levels.
Citi Technology Infrastructure(CTI) provide a critical technical foundation for the firm’s operations through the infrastructure that runs business and general user computing services.
Global Functions Technology(GFT) delivers innovative technology solutions and key global platforms for Citi’s Global Functions division – enable Citi to comply with regulatory mandates and empower our businesses to achieve their goals, both current and long-term.
Chief Administrative Office (CAO) plays a critical role in leading Citi’s Transformation initiatives as well as in overseeing the company’s regulatory engagement and project management. CAO’s In Business Operational Risk & Control Team is responsible for identifying operational risks, establishing and maintaining a support infrastructure to monitor controls for the EO&T business.

The program starts in summer 2023 following graduation with an intensive orientation where you will learn more about our business, strategy, and shared vision. Our programs equip you with the knowledge and training you need to play a valuable role on your team, and establish a long-term career here.

Your typical placement will look like this:
During the two years in the program, you will build the necessary professional skills for future leadership positions by participating in two different rotations based on your aptitude.

Below are some example of the various assignments you will have the opportunity to work on:

Performing web and mobile application testing
Creating dashboards and scorecards to summarize data
Automating analytical processes
Engineering and operational opportunities within network and voice services:
- Monitor application's operations (batch executions, reacting to alerts)
- Create/revise technical or process documentation
- Troubleshoot incident tickets
Information and Cyber Security related tasks
- Report information security vulnerabilities
- Scan in Citi’s network, and discover rouge hosts, networks, and devices
- Review products like OS, and applications from an information security point of view
- Vulnerability and penetration testing
Digital automation
Process reengineering
IT business analysis, project management, and risk & control related tasks

We want to hear from you if…

You have recently obtained a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Information Technology, Engineering, Management, Information Security, or any other analytical or technical-related degree is an advantage, but not a requirement
You have an interest working in a high tech global technology environment
- Knowledge of scripting languages, application development, and databases is an advantage – e.g. Linux/Unix Fundamental, SQL, Python, VBA
