Senior Finance Project Manager

EMEA Regulatory Project Leadership team is a group of professional Project Managers within the Finance division. Our primary responsibility is to provide leadership and drive implementation approach strategy and delivery of strategic initiatives, management of resources and technology portfolio budget in coordination with Global Functions Technology (GFT) Strategy and Planning team for the EMEA region.

As part of the team of diverse and supportive professionals, the main tasks are concerned with close collaboration with senior management and various units across Finance, Risk and Technology divisions to establish strong project foundation and drive the execution of regulatory initiatives.

In this position you will use and expand your experience and professional skills for the following responsibilities:

  • Set up and lead the implementation of a complex multi-year project, end to end, with multiple systems, functions and countries involved
  • Work in partnership with multiple stakeholders to contribute to the effort of deploying global processes and implementing company strategy
  • Be responsible for project status reporting updates to all stakeholders including senior management across the organization
  • Consistently apply Project Management standards to ensure compliant delivery of assigned projects at all times

The ideal candidate for this position preferably possesses the following qualifications and skills:

  • 6-10 years of work experience in a multinational environment, familiarity with Banking industry is an advantage
  • Experience in projects field (5+ years), either as a Program or Project Manager using a structured methodology to successfully initiate, plan, execute, monitor and report on project efforts
  • Excellent project planning / organizational skills, including the ability to lead project teams towards clear delivery plans across geography, function and other organizational structures
  • Experienced working with virtual and cross functional teams
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Experience and ease in interfacing with different stakeholder groups (including Technology Teams, Internal Audit, Senior Management, etc.)
  • Management consulting acumen and mindset with PMP or other Project Management certification a plus
