Citi Realty Services (CRS) is a division of Citi Enterprise Operations & Technology (EO&T), providing real estate support services to all Citigroup businesses. CRS main activities involve every stages of a real estate process, from strategic planning, site selection, design & construction, portfolio and facility management, for all facilities including Data Centers, Offices & Operations Centers and retail branches.

MCA (Manager’s Control Assessment) provides a framework, technology and tools to identify, develop and implement the primary management risk assessment and control monitoring activities tailored for each significant operational risk, and to assess the adequacy of control design and effectiveness of key controls. Into our expanding team we are looking for a

Real Estate Testing and Administration Specialist

Your responsibilities:

  • Complete CRS MCA or other type testing on a quarterly basis, to evaluate controls, identify weaknesses, recommend procedure / process improvements, communicate concerns with control owners, document results in Citi Risk and Controls MCA system
  • Monitors the Citi Risk and Controls system for each CRS Region to submit their MCA reporting information, map new issues and operational losses, identify accuracy or consistency concerns and further system actions necessary.
  • Completes updates to existing MCA Activity, Risk, Control and Monitoring (ARCM) details at the Standard MCA Profile (SMP) and Assessment Unit (AU) level including Enterprise MCA Profile (EMP) adoption and AU administration as necessary.
  • Document concerns identified during the MCA testing, add new issues, update issues and corrective action plans (CAPs) in line with CRS Global Issue Management Procedure and Citi Assessment, Issue and Corrective Action Plan Policy. Perform Maker or Checker role in iCAPs.
  • Working with CRS Risk & Control management and rest of team to understand, track and follow up on key projects ongoing
  • Assist management and potentially rest of the team with timely delivery and content preparation of standard presentations, team communications, both regular and ad hoc
  • Ensure appropriate and clear language and format is used in accordance with Citi principles, for management presentations and communications
