EMEA Data Quality Manager is a newly created role within CLRS and is responsible to provide a strong oversight in data quality management efforts, facilitate high quality data reporting and support the CLRS region in various data initiatives. The data quality manager will be working with the regional business office on developing tools to manage the data, implementing that strategy on behalf of an organization to increase data quality adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing the data quality initiatives for the region
  • Implementing dashboards, reporting KPIs, ensuring that targets are achieved on all critical metrics
  • Building the infrastructure that will enable client reporting at the regional level.
  • Work closely with functions (risk, finance, business offices) as well as the country CLRS + cluster heads to build the data sets and the dashboards.
  • Support the cluster business offices as required for projects, centralized reporting on data, financials and projects.
  • Lead the regional efforts on data management, client reporting and KPIs
  • Recognize, report, and escalate project risks to senior management; oversee remediation of risks raised
  • Work closely with various stakeholders to develop business requirements and deliver solutions to support the region
  • Establish strong working relationships with stakeholders and management to enable smooth coordination of reporting activities
  • Prepares executive / management level reporting and other regulator required updates


  • 6-8 years of relevant experience in financial services, in global and complex settings with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience developing and implementing analytical strategies
  • Excellent relationship management, communication, and presentation skills
  • Outstanding problem-solver, should demonstrate a commitment to quality and attention to detail
  • Be proactive and self-motivated in driving quality and timely reporting end-to-end.
  • Knowledge of Citi Location and & Realty Services Industry is an advantage
  • Demonstrated expertise of Microsoft Office product suite; basic macro coding experience and proficiency in Microsoft Access and PowerPoint and Excel preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
  • Master’s degree preferred
