Responsibilities:
- Serve local and foreign customers of Markets and Securities Service Operations in the area of Client Services
- Communication with market participants/ custodians / Bank’s departments / business unit managers and solving arising any problems/issues
- Investigation and answering to clients’ requests on DCC settlement / Cash services / Corporate Actions/ Account opening
- Escalate customer feedback, processing delays and errors appropriately
- Conduct necessary analyses to resolve problems, liaising with internal teams on escalation, as necessary
- Registration of clients’ requests in internal system
- Control for timely and correct settlement instructions processing by Settlement Team
- Call-backs to clients on MIFT instructions when required
- Sending reports and monthly bills to clients
- Assistance with account opening process for Custody clients
- Preparation of statistics reports as part of Central Bank of Hungary regulatory reporting requirements
- Advise on and advocate the implementation of process improvement and reengineering to improve client experience
- Participation in different working activities/projects as well as in UAT activities
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of work experience in the field of Client Servicing
- Strong securities market knowledge
- Strong experience in local and cross-border settlement
- Basic understanding of Local Regulatory reporting requirements of the Central Bank of Hungary
- Advanced level of Excel knowledge
- Fluent English and Hungarian language skills
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience, preferably Economics or Finance
- Expertise in stock exchange and securities law exam, or any equivalent course qualification
- Previous work experience with banking systems
- SQL query expertise is an advantage
