We are looking for a dynamic new joiner !
Who we are?
We are providing personalized support for Commercial Bank customers for all banking products/services. Manage multiple complex customers and their needs received by phone, email and paper-based. Manage the 3rd party requests, web-based requests and internal requests also.
Provide world-class service to existing Commercial Bank customers in terms of handling customer inquiries and complaints, understanding and highlighting customer needs and issues based on knowledge of relevant products, pricing and understanding customer’s business, industry and market environment.
Get involved in clients’ relationship as a dedicated service representative
In this position you will use and expand your experience and professional skills for the following responsibilities:
- Interact directly with CCB Customers for day to day business.
- Interface with Operations to research and resolve Customer issues.
- Respond immediately to customer inquiries for balances and transaction details.
- Keep Customers informed on status of investigations.
- Provide assistance on products, services and documentation requirement.
- Prepare Customers communication and reference letters, audit reports, social capital confirmation letters, account opening confirmation letters.
- Take active part in monthly phone surveys, customer surveys and VOC.
- Deliver customer training related to operations.
The ideal candidate for this position possesses the following qualifications and skills:
- Native Romanian and fluent English knowledge,
- College/University Degree in Business/Finance/Economics or equivalent experience
- Preferably 2-3 years of experience in client facing position in the financial or in the service sector
- Team player attitude to work effectively with internal and external counterparts
