The Diversity & Programs TA Manager is an expert for D&I within the Talent Acquisition team and is responsible for delivery of lateral talent programs such as apprenticeships and Return to Work in the EMEA region in partnership with colleagues and stakeholders. The Diversity & Programs Manager will project manage the end to end delivery of programs, inclusive of attraction, selection, hiring and program management.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Drive and own specific D&I hiring programs for the EMEA region. Leverage the Operational Excellence Co-ordinator team to ensure effective execution of the programs:

    • Act as an EMEA project manager for various TA Programs including apprenticeships (outside of early career intiatives) and Return to Work initiatives and deliver the hiring for these programs   Partner the Citi business hiring teams on programme strategy for owned programs
    • Acts as the Programme Manager, with overall accountability for the success of the program and its pipeline for owned programs
    • Proactively partner with the HR Community, TA Managers, Talent Attraction & Engagement, and Program Management teams to ensure partnership and best practice delivery of programs
    • Partner with Citi's vendors (where applicable) to attract apprenticeship applicants and oversee the selection process
    • Leverage the wider Strategy & Programs team for managing vendor relationships, budgeting & financials and co-ordination delivery
    • Apply a commercial mind-set to ensure that programs are delivered in the most efficient and cost effective way, measuring ROI, while achieving hiring excellence and an unparalleled candidate experience.
    • Design the apprenticeship support framework and lead on programme management with on-going support from the campus programme management team
    • Attend and facilitate specific events across the EMEA region
    • Review the effectiveness of the owned programs and processes against TA and Diversity Effectiveness objects for continuous improvement
    • Support broader activities as appropriate across the wider TA Diversity Effectiveness & Programs, and Strategy & Programs team

    Knowledge / Experience & Qualifications:

    • Relationship management experience and ability to interact efficiently with various stakeholders across different geographies at all organisational levels
    • Strong project management and delivery skills or program implementation experience
    • Solutions driven and able to balance timely delivery with cost effectiveness and quality assurance
    • Strong influencing skills; easily consults and negotiates with internal and external stakeholders regionally and globally
    • Able to identify continuous improvement opportunities through evidence backed decisions
    • Risk awareness
    • Knowledge of finance / banking / HR or recruitment and prior experience working in complex global business models
    • Knowledge of Shared Services environment
