Description

As a member of the Citi commercial bank Thailand (CCB) Product sales team,  you will be responsible for selling cash and trade solutions as “Thought Leadership” mind set   to our CCB  target market  client including  Mid Corporate , Emerging market , Service sector , Customer subsidiary group and Global Digital client . You will work closely with the RM (Relationship manager) and TTS partner (Treasury and Trade solution team) to ensure all service and solution offering meet client requirement and support client growth as well as generate the business to CCB. The successful applicant needs to possess strong interpersonal skills, professional maturity, a sound knowledge of treasury requirements and a good understanding of the transaction services business as it relates to the banking industry.

The successful applicant will be expected to build strong relationships with key customer contacts, proactively source and close new opportunities and provide the coverage organization with a dynamic partnership that will facilitate our business goals in this market segment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Sell Cash and Trade products.

  • Achieve target win revenue.

  • Prepare account plan for the key customers.

  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of new prospects, sufficient to provide required sales and growth.

  • Network management and customer presentations- local and regional to source deals and maintain relationships.

  • Coordinate internally with CCB RMs  & TTS functions to ensure flawless delivery of sales.

  • Accountable for implementation of successful deals, along with the Implementation team.

  • Maintain relationships with key customers via sale calls and effective reporting.

  • Identify new customers to increase customer base.

  • Cross-selling or expand our share of wallet.

  • Provide customer feedback on products to Product Managers.

  • Update competitor information to Product and Sales Managers.

  • Utilise Siebel CRM Systems.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years Transaction Banking or related areas especially Cash and Trade experience.

  • Strong execution skills.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills as this position requires the ability to work across countries/regions.

  • Graduation required; MBA preferred.

  • Management skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, writing skills, negotiation skills, client management skills a must, analytical skills, team player, multi-tasking capability.

  • Functional skills: Strong process and coordination skill, relationship management experience. Candidates with Cash and Trade experience are preferred.

  • Technical Skills: Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office. Must be proficient with the Internet and excellent problem solving/negotiation skills. Fluency in Thai is preferred.

Education:

  • Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience
