Job Description:

  • Lead the merchant acquiring KYC related project to comply with Citi policies and regulators.
  • Develop control frameworks for merchant business per requirements.
  • Ensure appropriate merchant metrics are generated, data is accurate and reporting deadlines are met on a timely basis.
  • Monitor chargeback and fraud volumes of merchant accounts and ensuring action plans are implemented to reduce potential risk.
  • Comfortable with Excel/spreadsheet. Able to analyze data extracted for MIS reports.  
  • Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders as necessary to achieve goals.


  • Good understanding/hands on experience of AML concept, KYC process, and CDD (merchant CDD).
  • Interpersonal skills, result oriented with effective English communication both verbal and written.
  • Can work under pressure and tight timeline with Project management skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to sustain effective relations internally.
  • Multi tasking- manage multiple projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Can work independently and as a team, high energy, logical, enthusiastic, self-motivated.
  • Knowledge of card payment/merchant business is a plus.
