  • Comprehensive knowledge of risk management concepts in areas of acquisition & portfolio management, underwriting, collection, scoring models, analytics, risk systems and risk processes
  • Understanding of Citi internal policies, governance process and relevant local regulations
  • Working closely with the other team members within Risk and outside of Risk organization to address any open issues
  • Ensuring effective quality of portfolios by meeting risk appetite guardrails and benchmarks
  • Ensuring compliance Loans to Global Credit Policies, identifying and mitigating exceptions to Global Policy
  • Ensuring portfolios meet risk appetite guardrails and benchmarks
  • Managing the credit risk acceptance criteria, Group Policy compliance and credit performance for portfolios to ensure the portfolio meets the acceptable corporate hurdles within a well-establish risk framework
  • Managing credit policies in a responsive manner to external and internal environment
  • Conducting analysis to support initiatives and credit policy changes
  • Administrating the monitoring of Portfolio Quality Review
  • Enhancing system and tools to support credit decision.
  • Working closely with other teams outside of risk to address tasks, projects and issues
  • Be involved in activities related to integration of Citi Consumer Risk with new organization.


  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics or any related field.
  • At least 8 experience in Risk Analytics, Credit Risk Management, Collection, & Project Management is preferable.
  • Dedicated and focused, able to prioritize and complete multiple tasks and follow through to achieve project goals.
  • Fast learner and good attitude.
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Very good communication skills
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English.
