Business Management Analyst - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

The Business Management Analyst is an intermediate level position within the Banking Capital Markets and Advisory (BCMA) Business Management team. As Business Management Analyst, you will be responsible for directly supporting the Citi Country Officer and local Business Heads in the strategic and day-to-day management of the business in all relevant aspects. The Business Management Analyst is involved in all business management activities across the Greek BCMA Franchise and will liaise for the front office towards the global functions Finance, Legal, Compliance, IT, Risk Management, Corporate Communication and HR, and closely interact with the local BCMA senior management team.


  • Support of the Citi Country Officer and provide governance and business reports to the Senior Management (e.g. for Board meetings, BCMA franchise reviews, senior visits).
  • Support business development activities by preparing revenue and wallet share as well as actively contribute to the financial planning process of the BCMA business.
  • Support the business management with governance related topics on a day-to-day and strategic basis.
  • Support the coordination of BCMA projects initiated by the BCMA relationship teams or senior management members and liaise with internal stakeholders across One ICG businesses (e.g. Markets and Treasury & Trade Solutions) and the global functions.
  • Prepare written recommendations and statistical exhibits.
  • Organize and analyse data and produce best in class presentations to support internal and as the case may be client meetings.
  • Conduct comprehensive economic/financial research and produce country and industry economic analysis and updates.
  • Support in client projects with financial spreads, industry analysis and presentations
  • Participate in projects and assignments as necessary


  • Very good organizational, time management and administrative skills on a highly qualified level
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek
  • Good presentation skills
  • Strong leadership/managerial capabilities
  • Extensive experience in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proven problem solving and analytical skills
  • Adaptability, Drive and Determination
  • Capability to build constructive work relationships across teams, products and geographies
  • Commercial Awareness and understanding of Corporate Banking Business


  • Very good university degree in Corporate Finance, Accounting, Business Management or a similar subject
  • First professional experience (up to 2 years) gained from internships or as job starter in the financial sector#


  • This role is a 12 month Fixed Term Hire
