Cash and Counter Specialist

Goals and objectives:

•             To provide efficient support to customers by timely resolving their issues, responding to their requests and satisfying with their requirements;

•             To effectively achieve targets set for the Unit and employees;

•             To be in line with the Unit’s processes, policies, procedures and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

•             Customers’ correspondence registration and processing;

•             Preparation of customer notifications;

•             Signature verification and authority check on customer documentation according to internal procedures;

•             Providing duplicates of account statements, payment orders and other documents on customer request;

•             Preparation of information on different charges to be withdrawn from customers;

•             Distribution of customers’ documents by regular post and courier services;

•             Receiving and registering of customer instructions, reconciliation process;

•             Customers’ contacts maintenance;

•             Performing corporate reporting on different bank’s transactions;

•             Receipt, keeping and passing to clients of payroll and corporate cards;

•             Performing record management functions, dealing with internal documentation and archive;

•             Performing vendor management functions for the Unit;

•             Ensure the execution of the related to her activity internal control procedures and policies of the Bank and on the implemented internal controls.

Knowledge/Experience/Qualifications:

  • Higher financial education;
  • 1-2 year experience in bank, finance area and customer helpdesk;
  • Knowing of legislative and other normative legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan and international legislation governing the activities of the department documentation;
  • Basis of accounting and banking;

Skills & Competencies:

  • Time management skills;
  • Communication skills;
  • Fluent English.
  • Methods of processing information using modern means of communication and connection.
