The Junior Relationship Generalist is a newly established role within China BCMA, who will work as a team of pooled resource in supporting China BCMA on centralized activities across Corporate Bank (CB), Global Subsidiaries Group (GSG), Financial Institutions Group (FIG) and Public Sector Group (PSG).  The team of Junior RAs will directly report to the China BCMA Relationship Associate Head.


  • Support China BCMA in centralized activities, which may be related and not limited to PBOC Credit Report, China Customer Identification Program (CIP), Hit Lists checking, annual inspection, data consolidation, client and banker attribute maintenance, etc.
  • Liaise with clients and work with other RAs and Bankers, as well as Operations and other support functions, to perform and complete assigned tasks on a timely manner.
  • While accuracy and efficiency in completing assigned tasks is the basic requirement, we expect our Junior RAs to challenge status quo by pro-actively coming up with new ideas to enhance our process.
  • Support China BCMA on ad-hoc projects or initiatives as needed.

  • Junior RA will be able to participate in trainings and development programs designed for the BCMA organization to enhance knowledge and skills.


  • At least 1 year of relevant experience.

  • Attentive to details and consistently demonstrate follow-up and organizational skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills to build effective working relationships.
  • Eagerness to learn and come up with new ideas to do things better.
  • Demonstrate a keen sense of risk and control.
  • Demonstrate a professional attitude and clear written and verbal communication in English.
