Responsibilities
The Operations & Technology is a driving factor in delivering value to our organization, our businesses, regulators, and stakeholders. This role will report directly to the O&T Technology Transformation Delivery Head and will be instrumental in defining, improving, and delivering on Technology Transformation requirements across Citi. In addition, the role will be responsible in leading a team in support of these efforts, partnering with key stakeholders, influencing leadership of the organization, challenging assumptions and partnering with business constituents.
Strategy & Transformation
Serving as a member of O&T Transformation office, driving all changes needed to reach Target State.
Providing oversight of Technology de-risking programs including maintaining proactive communication with Senior Management concerning the overall plan and execution, as well as participating in review and validation of completed milestones.
Working with existing BAU teams to execute on transformation initiatives. Ensuring their alignment to work‐streams, business outcomes and overall reduction of risk.
Ensuring successful delivery of Technology milestones and respective business outcomes are in alignment and reduce overall risk and address internal and external commitments.
Governance
Coordinating and program managing across the various O&T initiative leads to provide an overall view on progress, highlighting risks and escalations.Providing effective reporting on all initiatives to senior management, including escalations.
Strategic Leadership
Partnering with various stakeholders including Technology, Controls, 3rd line and business partners to ensure consistent operating model that meets and exceeds internally set goals.
Qualifications:
15+ years of relevant experience
Experienced senior practitioner with experience in Technology, and Risk & Control, Audit, or Compliance
Relevant experience in managing large complex cross-organization programs.
Demonstrated experience in leading sustained change and change management efforts
Strong program management discipline and experience in one or several of technology related functions.
Strong leadership skills and interpersonal skills, exemplary values role model, with a proven track record in driving positive and sustainable results.
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:
$170,000.00 - $300,000.00
