Enterprise Excellence (EE) is a group within the Operations and Technology (O&T) organization that designs solutions to enhance transparency, empowers Operations and Functions to improve processes and evolves the organization through continuous improvement and simplification. The organization is responsible for defining, deploying and driving alignment and progress against a firm-wide framework that reduces operational risk, standardizes workforce optimization and improves process health. 

Product Onboarding Senior Analyst 

Responsibilities
•    Work with the Product Onboarding Lead to design and author Onboarding Procedures, User Guides, User Setup in partnership with Enablement Lead and Marketing 
•    Liaise with Operations SMEs to explain Onboarding approach and requirements 
•    In close engagement with stakeholders, including EE, Technology and Marketing: 
o    Manage the development and lifecycle of EE Products to align with business goals to be functionally consistent, stable, scalable and highly user intuitive 
o    Develop and refine product strategy and roadmap 
o    Lead Product Management design and enhancement strategies with EE partners and Operations SMEs  
o    Partner with Technology to design and prototype new products and deliver product enhancements through understanding emerging technologies and anticipating operational need 
o    Develop go-to-market strategies and messaging 
•    Partner with Business Engagement Lead(s) to facilitate Intake prioritization  
•    Conduct pre-Functional testing/data testing/PVT 
•    Maintain and support Product, as required 
•    Provides input to communications and training design 
•    Check & Challenge Intake and assist with BOW prioritization 


Qualifications:
•    Strong experience in a dynamic product management role 
•    Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle 
•    High effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams 
•    Experience in delivering finely tuned product marketing strategies 
•    Exceptional writing and editing skills, combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills 
•    2+ years of experience as a product analyst supporting user-facing product development 
•    SQL, R or Python expertise  
•    Experience applying statistical analysis (e.g. hypothesis testing and regression analysis) to draw trustworthy conclusions from data 
•    Experience designing and analyzing A/B testing experiments and guiding product decisions  
•    Previous experience in software and web development 
•    Proven success as a product developer in a nonmanagerial role 
•    Demonstrable knowledge of SEM (search engine marketing) and online advertising 

Education: 
•    Bachelor’s degree in a relevant quantitative field (e.g. data science, computer science, statistics, economics) and/or equivalent 2+ years in industry experience

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$79,120.00 - $118,680.00
