Brief Organizational Description:
North America (NA) Consumer Banking: over 30,000 professionals working together to provide consumers with credit card, retail banking, wealth management, small business, mortgage and commercial banking and payment products and services. Within North America Consumer Banking, there are three primary business areas, U.S. Consumer, Commercial Banking, and Citi Cards, and the newly formed Global Enterprise Payments business.
Commercial Banking Group Implementation Managers are responsible in providing superior service in coordinating the implementation of Cash Management and Treasury products. This includes the completion of required customer agreements and documents by clients of the Commercial Business and Small Business Banking Groups. The candidate will work closely with the CCB and SBB Cash Management Treasury Sales Team and their Cash Management Clients and must be able to articulate, be accountable, and maintain a high level of professionalism. The candidate will work with many service partners throughout Citi, as well as the Cash Management Enrollment Unit, in order to ensure products /services are processed and executed to industry and internal standards, and client expectations. This position will require both team work and independent interaction with assigned clients, including responding to inquiries and resolving implementation-related issues in a responsible and timely manner. It is fundamental that the candidate be knowledgeable about all Cash Management Product offerings (i.e. Foreign Currency Account Opening, ACH Origination, Controlled Disbursement, Zero Balance Accounts, Account Reconciliation, Citibusiness Online, Remote Check Deposit, etc.). Responsibilities will also include MIS performance tracking and additional projects as assigned

- 3-5 years of experience working in implementation management in the Financial Services Industry
- 3+ years demonstrated experience in project management
