Asia North & South (N&S) Change Management – C13

Real Estate Services (RES) provides real estate support services to all Citigroup businesses ensuring that our solutions are cost-effective, safe, productive and valued by our customers and employees.

This role will take responsibility for overseeing the implementation of the Change Management workstream on all real estate projects in the Asia N&S geography.  Ensuring that the new Citi Workplace Change Management guidelines and toolkit is utilised to facilitate consistency in delivery of change management across Citi and ensuring that it is implemented successfully.

Change management includes, but is not limited to, developing and overseeing plans for project and change initiatives, collaborating with the stakeholders to gather and analyse operational information as well as leading the risk management in the change program.

The change manager will be responsible for supporting the region head on developing a change strategy to manage the change, implementing that strategy on behalf of an organization to increase change adoption.

In this role, you’re expected to:

  • Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Citi’s 5-phase Workplace Change Management Guidelines and toolkit
  • Provide Change Management support, training, guidance, and assurance to deliver change in a way that minimizes disruption to the business
  • Work closely with and manage Vendor partners to lead the business change journey - including planning, managing, and implementing change delivered by projects / programs / portfolio
  • Work closely with various stakeholders to develop business requirements and deliver solutions to support the program
  • Supervise the use of data management, reporting and records keeping on all Workplace Change Management workstreams on upcoming and active projects in your geography
  • Recognize, report, and escalate project risks to senior management; oversee remediation of risks raised
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Outstanding relationship building and relationship management skills
  • Experience of facilitating groups, balancing conflicting opinions, resolving disputes and building consensus as necessary
  • Experience of listening and understanding to the needs and experiences of customers and using these to develop solutions or interventions to improve performance and achieve organizational outcomes
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Formal change management qualification from a relevant organization, such as Prosci or equivalent, desirable but not essential
