    As a Customer Contact Representative at Citi, your listening skills and ability to talk to anyone will definitely come in handy. And with your great relationship skills, you’ll gain respect and build trust with both our individual consumer and commercial business customers. But you’ll also rely on proficient basic PC skills to start, as you’ll be multitasking, navigating multiple databases and tracking and documenting all that you do.
